Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

These Terms of Use govern your use of the websites, client portal, driver applications, and related services operated by Lab Carriers LLC (“Lab Carriers”, “we”, “us”). By using the services you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

2. The services

Lab Carriers provides time-critical courier and logistics services, including scheduled routes, on-demand delivery, temperature-controlled transport, and chain-of-custody documentation. Specific commercial terms — rates, service levels, and liability limits for shipments — are set by your service agreement with us; where that agreement and these terms conflict, the service agreement controls.

3. Accounts and access

• Account credentials are personal to you. Do not share them.
• You are responsible for activity performed under your account.
• We may suspend access for misuse, non-payment, or security reasons.
• Client portal data is scoped to your own organisation's shipments.

4. SMS / text messaging program

Program. Lab Carriers operates an operational text messaging program for customers, drivers, contract couriers, and staff. Messages cover dispatch and load assignments, pickup and delivery times, address and schedule changes, and shipment status. The program sends no marketing, promotional, or affiliate content.

Consent. You are enrolled only after you affirmatively consent, by ticking the SMS consent box on our text message opt-in form. That form is the only way a number is enrolled; the box is unchecked by default and a submission without it does not enroll the number. Consent is never a condition of buying our services or of engagement or employment with us. Every consent is recorded with a server-side timestamp and the exact consent wording displayed at that moment, retained as proof of consent.

Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies based on your shipments or assignments. Msg & data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opting out and help. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe, or HELP for assistance. Opt-out keywords include STOP, CANCEL, QUIT, END, UNSUBSCRIBE, OPTOUT, STOPALL and REVOKE. Help keywords are HELP and INFO. You can also email operations@labcarriers.com. Opting out of texts does not affect your service.

Your number. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. See section 4 of our Privacy Statement.

Supported carriers. Carriers including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile, Cricket and others. Carrier support is not guaranteed and may change.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not use the services unlawfully or to ship prohibited goods.
• Do not attempt to access data belonging to another organisation.
• Do not probe, scan, or interfere with the security of the services.
• Do not scrape, resell, or republish data obtained from the services.

6. Disclaimers and liability

The services are provided “as is”. Tracking data, estimated times of arrival, and mapping information are provided for convenience and may be inaccurate or delayed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lab Carriers is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the services. Liability for a shipment is governed by your service agreement and applicable law.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date above and, where appropriate, announced in the services.
